SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom or personalized pieces may take up to 7–14 business days.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout
In-store pickup: Available at our Tulsa location

Tracking

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. Contact us immediately at anniecruz.plata@gmail.com

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-custom items. Items must be:

Unused and in original condition
Returned with all packaging and tags
Not engraved, customized, or made-to-order

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
